Construction Cost Analyst

Indie Recruitment Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Construction Cost Analyst to enhance our team. We are dedicated to delivering precise estimates and comprehensive technical insights to fulfill client needs across various projects.
Position OverviewThe Construction Cost Analyst will collaborate closely with the sales division and account representatives to generate top-notch estimates. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring meticulous accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Familiarity with the construction sector and experience with AutoCAD are advantageous but not mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate precise and comprehensive cost estimates
- Stay informed on system specifications
- Work in partnership with the sales division and account representatives
- Participate in relevant technical training sessions
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Strong administrative and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
- Adaptability and capability to perform under pressure
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of the construction industry and AutoCAD experience (preferred)
