Indie Recruitment Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled Construction Cost Analyst to enhance our client's team. This role involves evaluating project costs and providing detailed estimates for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate precise cost estimates based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team and account managers to ensure quotations align with client expectations.
- Stay updated on changes in project specifications and integrate them into cost estimates.
- Deliver high-quality quotations that reflect both customer needs and company standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Familiarity with the construction sector and experience with AutoCAD is advantageous but not mandatory.
Employment Package:
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
- 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
- Starting salary of £25,000.
- Company pension scheme.
- Complimentary off-road parking.
