About Sphere Fluidics:

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our People Team to support the organisation during a period of exciting change and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to both utilise and develop your skillset, whilst providing comprehensive and proactive administration and coordination support to our global team. Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Resourcing: You will support the company with all recruitment administration and coordination activity, including (but not limited to) placing adverts, managing recruitment campaigns, interview organisation, liaison with recruitment agencies and helping to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is efficient
  • Onboarding, Induction and Offboarding: You will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new employees by ensuring they receive a smooth and welcoming induction. As well as providing support with Offboarding activity such as processing of leavers and liaison with payroll etc.
  • Payroll and Employee Benefits: Support the People Coordinator with activities around payroll, third party providers and benefits management
  • Learning & Development: Assist with the administration of internal and external training programmes as required
  • Data Management: maintain accurate employee data in a timely manner ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
  • General Duties: Support the People team with various activities e.g.
  • Respond to any general HR queries in a timely manner, run basic reports, analyse data and provide co-ordination support if required
  • Administer maternity, paternity and flexible working requests.
  • Reflect our company culture in all activities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous administration and coordination experience, gained as a result of working in a People/HR team
  • Experience in start-up/scale-up business would be an advantage
  • Excellent administration skills, proficient in Excel / MS Office etc.
  • Experience of HR Information systems
  • Experience of Recruitment / Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Able to maintain accurate employee records and data to meet governance and compliance standards
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about culture and setting the right standards
  • A considerate and compassionate individual who demonstrates care for others
  • Good numeracy, planning and prioritising skills
