About the Role: We are looking for a committed HR Coordinator to become a vital part of our enthusiastic HR department, directly supporting the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Coordinator, you will undertake a range of essential duties, including:

  • Facilitating recruitment and selection activities
  • Preparing offer letters for successful applicants and providing feedback to those not selected
  • Overseeing pre-employment checks related to child safety and welfare
  • Informing relevant teams about new hires
  • Creating and maintaining HR records for new employees in both digital and physical formats
  • Organizing and managing the onboarding process
  • Acting as the main contact for all HR-related inquiries

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational foundation, including GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade A*-C or equivalent, or a Level 3 NVQ in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration.

We also encourage applications from individuals with qualifications such as NVQ/BTech/City and Guilds in Business or CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources.
