About the Role:

The University of Cambridge is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its dynamic Clinical School HR Team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and high-quality HR services across the School of Clinical Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line HR advice and support to staff and managers.
  • Manage various HR, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Wellbeing projects.
  • Offer training, advisory, and administrative support to staff and managers.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive work environment by promoting HR initiatives and maintaining HR web pages and social media presence.
  • Assist in large-scale change programs, handle HR administration tasks, support workforce planning efforts, and aid in reward, recognition, and career development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Independent work and excellent organisational skills.
  • Solid background in general HR, with experience handling a range of queries.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and high-quality work.
  • Understanding of and commitment to EDI principles, ensuring that these are embedded in all aspects of your work.
  • Ability to manage your own workload, delegate tasks as necessary, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
