Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our People Team during a dynamic phase of growth and transformation. This role presents an excellent opportunity to leverage and enhance your skills while delivering comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our global team. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Resourcing: Assist with all recruitment-related administrative and coordination tasks, including posting job advertisements, managing recruitment campaigns, organizing interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
- Onboarding, Induction, and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and efficient induction experience. Additionally, support offboarding activities, including processing leavers and coordinating with payroll.
- Payroll and Employee Benefits: Collaborate with the People Coordinator on payroll-related tasks and manage interactions with third-party benefits providers.
- Learning & Development: Provide administrative support for both internal and external training programs as needed.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee data, adhering to GDPR compliance standards.
- General Duties: Assist the People team with various activities, including responding to HR inquiries, generating basic reports, analyzing data, and providing coordination support as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in administration and coordination within a People/HR team.
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems.
- Experience with Recruitment/Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate employee records and data in compliance with governance standards.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong team player.
- Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
- A compassionate individual who demonstrates care for colleagues.
