Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Support Specialist to join our People Services team in Cambridge, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional HR service to our employees, ensuring their experience is seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage HR tickets from employees via our HR ticket system, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive FAQs to provide prompt and accurate responses to employee queries.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and processes, ensuring employees are administered in line with their contracts and company responsibilities.
  • Assist with payroll input on a team rota basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule interviews in support of our Talent Acquisition Partners globally.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the HR team on administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, people experience, and talent acquisition.
  • Process, file, and distribute confidential reports and documents with discretion and professionalism.
  • Engage with employees to understand their needs and drive process improvements to enhance their experience.
  • Schedule and coordinate induction sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support the wider HR team with training session coordination and project delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to make a meaningful impact and join a dynamic team that supports our employees globally.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively at all levels. You will be proactive, with a learning mindset, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
