About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital HR Systems Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Enterprise team. This role will play a pivotal part in transforming our HR processes by implementing and optimizing cutting-edge digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of comprehensive HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems across various business functions.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Configure and customize HR systems to meet the specific needs of Abcam, optimizing workflows and enhancing user experience.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of HR technology.
  • Manage integrations and data exchange between HR systems and other critical applications within the organization.
  • Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and support system implementations.
