Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified individual to contribute to an HR systems transformation initiative on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in HR systems, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Systems Migration: Support the transition from Oracle HCM to Workday, including necessary payroll system modifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside HR leadership, digital teams, and other stakeholders during the system migration process.
  • Impact Analysis: Partner with the Digital Enterprise team to assess implications on other systems and processes throughout the transition.
  • Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with external vendors for data migration and technical support activities.
  • Technical Coordination: Liaise with system integration partners to facilitate enhancements and modifications.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Workday and Oracle HCM
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR systems and related fields
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to analyze data for informed decision-making
  • Experience in resolving issues and proactive problem-solving
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

Educational Background

A degree in a relevant digital discipline is preferred but not essential.
