The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to become a vital part of our People Team during a transformative period of growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Resourcing: Provide support with all recruitment-related administration and coordination tasks, including job postings, managing recruitment campaigns, organizing interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies, and ensuring an efficient end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Onboarding, Induction, and Offboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they receive a welcoming induction. Additionally, assist with offboarding processes, including managing leaver documentation and coordinating with payroll.
  • Payroll and Employee Benefits: Assist the People Coordinator with payroll activities and benefits management involving third-party providers.
  • Learning & Development: Support the administration of both internal and external training programs as needed.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • General Duties: Assist the People team with various tasks, including responding to HR queries, generating basic reports, analyzing data, and providing coordination support as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in administration and coordination within a People/HR team.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is advantageous.
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems.
  • Experience with Recruitment/Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to maintain accurate employee records and data to meet compliance standards.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about fostering a positive company culture.
  • A compassionate individual who demonstrates care for colleagues.
  • Strong numeracy, planning, and prioritization skills.
