Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Project Manager to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects that have a significant impact on our business and people team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Project Governance: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, manage project gating, and establish project governance.
  • Resource Management: Source and manage internal and external resources to deliver the project.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Change Management: Plan and manage transition of the finished project products into BAU, ensuring appropriate change management.
  • Quality Assurance: Facilitate quality assurance, including regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance.
  • Risk Management: Ensure project risks and issues are effectively identified and managed, perform proactive contingency planning.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with the required process and standard.
  • Communication: Communicate and report in a timely manner, escalate as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Influencing Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive project success.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience of project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Resource Planning and Scheduling Skills: Excellent resource planning and scheduling skills to manage project resources effectively.
  • HR Professional: HR professional with global experience, preferably with a background operating as a HR generalist.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and ability to plan for success.
