Portico are on the lookout for a Reception Manager to oversee our small team based in the ground floor of a multi-occupied building in the Waterloo area.
The successful Reception Manager will work alongside one other receptionist overseeing the buildings reception operation. They will organise and manage small events and pop ups in the lobby area, present statistics and service updates to our clients at monthly service review meetings, train new recruits and cover receptionists. As well as hands on tasks such as receiving visitors at the front desk, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail and other ad hoc tasks.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri between 8am-5pmSalary: £35,000
The successful candidate will have an ability to work on their own and as a part of a team. They will have excellent organisational skills, lots of energy, and the ability to give and receive direction.
Also, it is important to be able to work with other service contractor team members to achieve a seamless and one service customer experience.
Previous experience within a supervisory customer service role is desirable.
