Your new role
The company is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments and manage phone enquiries efficiently.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Assist Personal Assistant with general administrative tasks related to the Executive office.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 3+ years of previous in a similar role, preferably in a corporate office, banking, or financial sectorExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)What you'll get in return
