The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to the sales teams at Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales teams in managing and organising client accounts, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site visits, and events at both hotels.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate information is provided to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client details, interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Liaise with other departments, including operations and events, to ensure seamless coordination of client bookings and services.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of sales and promotional materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the sales department, such as expense reports, invoices, and travel arrangements.

Salary: £28,840 + service charge
