Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Manage incoming booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing guests with detailed information about our services and availability.
  • Reservation Management: Accurately process reservations, including room bookings, special requests, and modifications, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, changes, and cancellations, while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Up-Selling: Actively promote hotel services, room upgrades, and special packages to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations, including preparing daily reports, managing booking records, and handling payment processing.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, coordinating guest needs with housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Address guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Our Successful Hotel Reservation Agent Will Have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High standards of grooming and a positive work attitude.
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in reservation systems ( Opera Cloud ) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
