As our GONG- Assistant Bar Manager, you will create a seamless setting, elevating the guest experience to new heights, (literally), yes, the rumours are true, we really are one of the most luxurious and "high"-profile bars in London

You will co-ordinate the experience of our Asian inspired delights and hospitality, inclusive of delicious fresh sushi and appetizers, our celebrated afternoon liquid tea experience, and a colourful menu of specialty cocktails.

You will work on level 52 of the iconic Shard, offering guests an elegant setting to unwind, socialize and dine in style, allowing them to enjoy breath-taking views. Your established and dedicated team will enhance the London skyline, offering a stylised guest experience.

Your team are one of the most dedicated, creative, and passionate teams in the industry. Their energy, drive and ambitions will be led by you, and you will be accountable for their performance, ultimately giving performance feedback back to our admired and experienced Director of Bars and Restaurants.

Does this sound like you?

  • You have experience in a luxury, preferably a 5 Star Hotel or outlet environment and known for being flexible, reliable and adaptable
  • You have a have full and comprehensive working knowledge of running a cocktail bar
  • You can demonstrate your established administration and operational experience at interview
  • Within your previous roles you are able to showcase how you maximize profit whilst maintaining high standards at all times quality
  • You are able to exceed customer expectations and drive your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • You have a warm, friendly and stylish character, people really love to work for you, and with you, always giving 100%
  • Your always friendly, motivational and elegant in your service style and standards
