Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Lead and mentor the front desk team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Ensure high standards of guest service are consistently delivered, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Monitor and manage room reservations, allocations, and front office systems.
- Support staff training and development to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Assist with scheduling, performance management, and administrative duties as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Salary: £34,938 p/a + service charge
