Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in new business generation, specifically selling to hedge funds and other asset management firms. The successful candidate will have a strong "hunter" mentality, thrive in a target-driven environment, and be focused on building new client relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business, focusing on hedge funds and the wider asset management sector in the UK.
- Identify, target, and secure new clients, maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage and manage high-level relationships with key decision-makers within hedge funds.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of sales experience, specifically within the UK market.
- Proven track record of selling into hedge funds or asset managers.
- Strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on new business development.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems) / PMS (Portfolio Management Systems) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
