We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative who is fluent in English to join our growing team. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth in German-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development and be able to communicate effectively in English.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in English speaking markets.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and set up meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for penetrating the United Kingdom market.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, sales progress, and market insights using CRM software.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • and contribute to overall company goals.


Qualifications


  • English resume is required.
  • Fluent in English level C1/C2 both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of German-speaking markets and cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
