Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and gain a great understanding of new sales prospects across your region
  • Utilise your extensive network and market knowledge to identify opportunities
  • Generate leads and win new business
  • Establish strong long-term business relationships with potential clients
  • Assess client needs, advising of products in line with their business requirements
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact, to contract negotiation and closure
  • Achieve clear sales targets, with the hunger to meet and exceed them
  • Manage and build a portfolio of customers, providing excellent service throughout
  • Constantly seek new opportunities and look to regain any lost business
  • Collaborate closely with your manager to define target markets across your region
  • Take ownership of entire sales lifecycle, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Produce monthly sales and growth reports


Candidate Requirements:


  • Track record in successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Be highly self-driven and thrive in a targeted performance culture
  • A natural ‘hunter’ in approaching any opportunity
  • Experience in the industry sector, with knowledge of market trends (Desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage supplier partnerships
  • Recognise that customer satisfaction is the key to overall success
  • Drive outstanding customer care, anticipating customer’s needs
  • Ability to identify opportunities for the organisation to expand its service
  • Established network of industry contacts and potential clients would be advantageous
