Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand Brook Street’s customer base and solidify its presence
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Brook Street commercial Operations
  • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations during the Sales pursuit
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to convert new clients
  • Providing monthly reports of sales pipeline and success – we share all updates with Heads of regions on a weekly basis
  • Sharing of Sales leads and providing visibility all new volume opportunities to Operational Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Lead negotiations with key clients and partners
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a national sales management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • The ability to collaborate with other stakeholders in the business to meet overall business objections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
  • Highly motivated and ability work to under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong decision making abilities.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
