Your knowledge of the Carrier, Data Centre and System/Solutions Integrator markets across the territory will help you win new customers but also provide you with the chance to have a strategic input into potential areas of network expansion, that can support these markets in UK and Europe.
Main Focus
• Up-sell and cross-sell the suite of products and services to existing customers and prospects
• Prospect and win new logos/customers
• Recognise, evaluate and capitalise on potential opportunities for additional business within accounts
• Pro-actively reach out to customers and prospects, with the aim to build relationships, sell services and prevent revenue churn
• Leading the virtual team supporting your accounts, both in terms of BAU (Business as Usual) operations and future development, including integration, automation, and innovative new products and solutions.
Required experience/skills:
• Experience managing complex accounts in the digital infrastructure, wholesale space
• 10 years + of account management experience within a Systems/Solutions Integrator or Telecommunication company is a must
• Understanding fibre connectivity (Various Models)
• Great commercial drive and result/Goal oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to succeed, develop and grow
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree
• Self-motivated, team player, persistent, follow through and never give up
