Key Responsibilities:

  2. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewal payments through various communication channels.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers through written and verbal contact.
  4. Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships within client accounts, maximizing 'buy-in' potential through regular contact.
  5. Opportunity Identification: Identify cross- and up-sell opportunities, pass qualified leads to relevant areas, and oversee their progress.
  6. Research and Development: Utilize internal and external databases to research and establish business needs for clients.
  7. Account Strategies: Develop and implement individual account strategies to exceed client expectations.
  8. Time Management: Manage time effectively to accomplish all tasks, including visits, calls, and research & development efforts.
  9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all account details in CRM systems.
  10. Reporting: Produce regular reports for internal sales meetings, contributing to team success.
Requirements:
  • A' level education or equivalent, with GCSE level C or above in English and Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in selling/account management via telephone, including negotiation and objection handling.
  • Proficiency in using internal database systems and internet search engines for effective research.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a drive to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets within given deadlines.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word/Excel, and PowerPoint.
