We're Hiring: IFS is looking for a dynamic Bilingual Business Development Representatives fluent in both French and English to join our innovative team in Staines upon Thames. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth in the French market from our UK office, utilizing your language skills to bridge cultures and markets.


Location: Our office is a state-of-the-art hub located in the scenic Staines upon Thames. It's designed to inspire creativity and collaboration, equipped with modern amenities including free meals, unlimited beverages, and comprehensive parking facilities.

Role Overview: As a Bilingual Business Development Representative, you will spearhead our initiatives within the French market, engaging with about 100 clients to map and understand their needs. Your role involves in-depth research, identifying key stakeholders, and using various communication methods (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to initiate and develop professional relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct targeted research to align our solutions with the needs of the French market.
  • Develop strategies for client engagement and execute them proficiently in both French and English.
  • Work closely with senior BDRs and Account Executives to facilitate early stages of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to deeper engagement.
  • Navigate and manage communications effectively across different cultural contexts.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English, capable of conducting business in both languages.
  • Energetic, motivated individual with a keen interest in technology and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and client needs.
  • No specific requirement for sales experience or a degree; we seek resilience, curiosity, and a strong commitment to learning and growth.


Career Progression: This role is your entry point into the world of international business development, with a typical progression path from 18 to 24 months. We support your growth every step of the way, from intensive product training to hands-on sales experience.


Office Environment:


Office-based role with a requirement to be onsite four days per week.

Facilities include free parking, electric car charging points, and bike racks.

Ideally looking for Car Drivers with a full UK driving license or those within a 30-minute train ride from South West London
