About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Continuity Consultant to join our team at ADP, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week spent on-site at one of our UK offices and 2 days per week working from home.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business continuity planning and exercising, managing incidents and crises. As a key member of our Global Security Organization (GSO), you will work closely with Business Units to ensure clients and associates are aligned with current security practices and policies.

The GSO's converged security organization covers a wide range of disciplines, including Cyber, Incident Management, (Third Party) Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Physical Security. You will represent this organization, providing consultation on prospect and client inquiries, audit requests, and review of security terms in contracts.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of business continuity principles. If you have a passion for security and want to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver dedicated security services to ESI UK, Ireland, Sweden, and Netherlands Business Units.
  2. Act as a Business Continuity Consultant to BU Senior Leaders, management, and associates, supporting them with business continuity programs and resources.
  3. Help mitigate risk, protect privacy, and meet unexpected security challenges.
  4. Represent GSO's converged security organization, covering various disciplines.
  5. Be a trusted advisor to respective Business Units, effectively managing security risks and fostering a transparent, cutting-edge security culture.
  6. Provide consultation on prospect and client inquiries, audit requests, and review of security terms in contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • English language fluency required.
  • Business continuity related certifications and security product certifications desirable.
  • Business continuity experience in a large and complex business environment.
  • Experience in business process improvement or project management.
  • Knowledge of business continuity methodologies, policies, industry standards, certifications, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of information systems, infrastructure, operations, and software development.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications.
  • Basic knowledge of HR or payroll processes a plus.
