**ServiceNow Digital Solutions Consulting Team Member**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Digital Solutions Consulting team. As a member of this team, you will provide expert technical guidance to customers during pre-sales engagements.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery and participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers. You will also provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners, and demonstrate the product to prospects and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Digital Sales teams in identifying customer requirements and providing solutions to address their business issues
  • Participating in the acquisition and retention of customers by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques
  • Mentoring and training peers, colleagues, and partners on ServiceNow products and features
  • Demonstrating the product to prospects and existing customers, including creating product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environments
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects, responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents, and staying current on product developments/releases
  • Supporting Marketing events, such as user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc., and staying current on competitive analyses and differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 2-3 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in the SaaS domain. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with complex cloud software solutions is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide solutions to address their business issues
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to performing tasks without being told what to do
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and be efficient to minimize wasted effort
  • Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining integrity and focus on details
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
