Job Title: Business Growth Representative

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

About the Role

The Business Growth Representative plays a pivotal role in ServiceNow's continued expansion. This individual will identify new business opportunities by strategically navigating targeted prospective accounts to close initial deals and convert prospects into long-term customers.

This requires deep understanding of each client's unique company challenges and goals, pairing them with innovative solutions that drive business objectives forward. The representative will establish relationships within defined accounts to achieve net new revenue growth targets for their territory.

To succeed in this position, you will leverage analytics, case studies, past performance, and market intelligence to create a territory plan and craft targeted account strategies.

You will apply these strategies, collaborating with an extended sales team and partner ecosystem to sell the value and long-term ROI of ServiceNow's industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Territory Planning: Follow a disciplined analytical approach to planning and maintaining a target new account pipeline.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop effective and specific account plans to maximize new revenue growth, leveraging relationships throughout our strong partner networks.
  3. Creative Marketing and Prospecting: Cultivate awareness of the ServiceNow vision through innovative thinking.
  4. Sales Execution: Successfully execute the sales strategy and roadmap to advance and close sales opportunities.
  5. Account Transition: Orchestrate the transition of successfully closed accounts to our Account Management team.
  6. Net New Revenue: Execute on new business revenue goals for the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of new logo sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, IT Operations Management, and/or Management Consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience in territory strategy, planning, and sales execution with measurable wins.
  • Ability to break down complex sales processes and see steps ahead to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated perseverance, resilience, and savvy to find creative paths to engage prospects.
