About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Business Growth Manager to lead business growth within a defined customer base, ensuring accurate forecast management and a growth mindset to deliver against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business growth through collaboration with Commercial teams and other stakeholders.
  • Nurture internal talent pipeline through coaching and mentoring.
  • Lead P&L for a defined account or portfolio, driving growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Evaluate promotional performance and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer plans, including instore and online activation.
  • Communicate performance and recommend actions to consolidate strengths and rectify underperformance.
  • Meet commercial KPIs and agree stretch business improvement targets with Commercial Controller/Snr Commercial Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excel skills.
  • Bespoke internal systems and external customer web-based portals and applications.
