Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Leader to drive business growth in our region.
Job Description- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively go-to-market, including understanding the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Actively engage with customers and prospects to develop relationships, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor sales team members to drive excellence and achieve individual and team goals.
- Manage sales forecasts and pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at C-level.
- Strong leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills, to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals.
- Experience with CRM systems and ownership of accurate reports, including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspections.
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT, with a proven ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
