Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility for a defined account or portfolio of accounts, driving growth aligned with Pilgrims Europe business objectives.
  • Create and agree Customer Joint Business Plans.
  • Evaluate promotional performance and recommend ways to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement customer plans, including in-store and online activation plans.
  • Communicate performance internally and externally.
  • Cultivate the customer within the Pilgrims Europe business.
  • Agree annual joint business plans with customers.
  • Maintain commercial KPIs in line with annual budgets.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with internal systems and external customer portals.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
