Client Account Strategist

Reliance Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Client Account Strategist to lead the growth and development of our business within a designated customer base.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This key role requires a focus on building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth through effective account management. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within existing customer accounts.
- Developing and implementing effective customer plans, including in-store and online activation strategies.
- Evaluating promotional performance and providing actionable insights to enhance promotional effectiveness.
- Communicating performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You will also have the opportunity to develop and finalize annual joint business plans with customers, taking full ownership of your work and delivering high-quality results.
