Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive relationship management.

  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing your expertise and creativity.

  • Tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiating contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or similar role, demonstrating your ability to drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, streamlining your workflow and enhancing productivity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, providing a solid foundation for your professional development.
