About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for managing executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

As an Executive Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our solution teams to develop tailored solutions based on the strategic outcomes of our clients. You will also oversee the development of assigned accounts worldwide, leveraging innovative AI-enhanced technology to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
  • Develop and deploy worldwide resources to support account development.
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations).
  • Experience achieving sales targets.
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on location and experience.
