Our current role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to join our client's team as their ICT Strategist. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing their digital vision.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers. This includes:

  • IT System Management: Ensure seamless operation of all digital systems, including hardware and software.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team, promoting collaboration and motivation to achieve outstanding results.
  • User Account Administration: Effectively manage user accounts, ensuring secure access to company systems.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain all IT hardware and software throughout the UK operation.
  • Infrastructure Development: Identify areas for improvement within the IT infrastructure and lead projects to enhance its efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience managing a small team within an IT environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of relevant technologies, including Windows Operating Environment, Cloud Services, Virtualisation, Hosting, Networking, and Storage.
  • Operating System Knowledge: Familiarity with major operating systems (Windows, iOS, Linux) and ability to administer Azure cloud infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and problem-solving.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include:
