Main duties of the job Managing diaries.
Raising Orders and receipting, Sound use of software including all Microsoft packages, Written emails & Typing letters.Communication is vital in this role, as you will communicate with a diverse workforce from all different backgrounds, including patients and staff members from other departments.Organisational skills will need to be high, as the department has a large number of staff members that all have personal files, invite to meeting letters and the ordering of uniforms, so, understanding filing and clerical duties is strongly desired for this role.
