**Job summary**:
Following the successful expansion and recruitment of the Operational Performance Team, we are looking to recruit further. We have a number of exciting opportunities within the Operational Performance Team at UHB. We are seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our rapidly expanding team working on various projects which involves the validation of patient pathways in order to meet Trust targets.

Posts are permanent, working 37.5 hours per week. We are looking to expand the team footprint at our Solihull site however we do have teams of staff located at both the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Solihull Hospital sites.

We are looking for individuals who are fully committed to providing a high standard of work to support the needs of the Trust ensuring our patients receive the treatment they need as quickly as possible.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
The post holders will be expected to ensure the provision of accurate and high quality information and to support the validation of data and patient pathways.

Applicants must have the ability to work both independently and within a team and have a friendly, approachable manner as they will be liaising with Operational staff across the Trust. Post holders will be required to work across all hospital sites/home when required to support service delivery.

- Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environment

- Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems i.e. Office, Excel, Word.
