Job Title: Band 3 Team Administrator/Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrator to join our team as a Band 3 Team Administrator/Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, providing administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Management of a busy reception area, including answering phones and responding to queries
  • Co-ordination of appointments and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaison with healthcare professionals, service users, and other stakeholders

Person Specification:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in administration and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
