About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrator. As the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of reception and administrative duties, including:

  • Monitoring, recording, and booking appointments
  • Managing a busy telephone line
  • Receiving and processing incoming mail
  • Monitoring team allocation lists

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Relevant experience within a healthcare setting
