We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Administrator/Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage a busy reception area, including monitoring and recording appointments, managing phone calls, and receiving and processing mail.
- Process clinical letters and other correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide administrative support, including liaison with healthcare professionals, GPs, social workers, and other agencies.
- Develop and maintain effective organizational and administrative skills, working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements- NVQ Level II in Business Administration or equivalent
- GCSE English or equivalent
- Relevant experience in an administrator/receptionist role, preferably in a customer-focused healthcare environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Up-to-date working knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of dealing with a range of disciplines and agencies
