Facilities Co-ordinator

The role will support the provision of a range of property related services including routine liaison with building occupants, overseeing the general upkeep of the building condition, cyclical safety and security checks, raising notification/ logs of defects and reporting of issues on behalf of service users.
You will be working closely with the Facilities Manager, assigned Site Supervisors and cleaning staff, and you will be interacting with a cross section of clients, customers and service users.
The ideal candidate will ideally have an NVQ2 in a related service capacity or proven experience of working in a related service area, as well as -
* previous work experience in cleaning/ facilities related work in an office, school/ college or industrial environment
* a sound understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace including carrying out risk assessments
* Salary: circa £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
