Enterprise Sales Manager

A mission-driven London start-up in the health and wellness sector is seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join its fast-expanding team. This role is responsible for leading sales efforts within the food service sector, focusing on securing enterprise-level clients and driving growth in new markets. Whilst a remote-first business, the company also values face-to-face interactions with teammates.
What You Will Do:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting enterprise food businesses and food service companies.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the food service industry.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales process, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to boost brand awareness.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in enterprise sales within the food service, B2B food retail, or FMCG start-up sectors.
- Start-Up Agility: Experience thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Growth Orientation: Demonstrated success in driving market growth and business development.
- Self-motivation: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience Required: 5+ years in enterprise sales within the food service or related fields, a consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets, and proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
