Administrator – The Role

* General administrative support

* Inputting information onto Excel

* Maintaining various in-house systems (database)

* Streamline policies and processes

* Work and develop strong relationships with all departments across the group and customers

* Be the main point of contact with incoming queries

* To continuously improve the administration functions

Administrator – The Candidate

* 2-3 years’ experience working in an administrative and telephone customer service role

* Excellent MS Office and to be confident using Excel for inputting purposes

* Confident and ability work on their own initiative

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Extremely organised

* Attention to detail

* Computer literate
