The role’s primary responsibility will be to streamline and enhance our quotation management process. You will play a pivotal role in our organisation by efficiently adding quotes to our system and meticulously handling and processing incoming requests. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the accuracy and completeness of our quotation database. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations by managing the end-to-end process of handling and processing quotation requests. As a Quotation Administrator, you will be a key player in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence in our quotation management system.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Add and process new quotes onto the company system adhering to company rules.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail for the relevant department's seamless progression.
- Contact third parties to acquire supplementary details, such as photos, access information, and additional instructions.
- Arrange site visits with third parties as needed.
- Examine and act on all incoming general mail in accordance with company policy.
- Quote Production:
- Generate quotes from completed quote sheets for the maintenance division daily.
- Liaise with respective persons and departments to obtain quotations for required reports.
- Chase estimators for quote sheet updates.
- Monitor and check the performance of the internal system.
- Report any bugs or errors to Director level for resolution.
- Undertake any additional administrative duties as required by the company.
This role demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure the smooth operation of the quotation management process and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company.

- Can demonstrate high customer focus and time management skills
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for own actions
- To be flexible, well presented, self-motivated and be able to use initiative.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
