Our client is a dynamic mortgage and finance company dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a PartTime Administrator.

About the Role:

As a Mortgage Administrator youll play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Youll be responsible for handling administrative tasks processing mortgage applications and providing excellent customer support. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the business and the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling appointments managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
  • Mortgage Application Processing: Assist in the processing of mortgage applications gathering required documentation and verifying information.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into the systems ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours 9:30/10am 2/3pm

Location Hendon

Wage 18 21 per hour
