Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- booking parcels via couriers and labelling
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- packing of light goods ,ready for shipping
- help expand business by writing to suppliers ,marketing and calling potential clients
- be able to answer customers via phone and online regarding products.
- Maintain organized records and files
- Assist with office organization and cleanliness
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and stock keeping
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- good telephone manners and positive energy towards the job
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
