**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:
The role includes: providing academic secretarial support for the Barnet women’s clinical tutor and audit lead, supporting the process of placing orders for the Division; monitoring and recording Divisional recruitment processes and locum doctor bookings; recording management leave; taking minutes of directorate and management meetings and providing secretarial and administrative support to the divisional management team. - Being able to work to deadlines set
