Our church in north London has a rich history dating back to 1845. We are now seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Premises Manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our building.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of our building, ensuring its safety and security, and facilitating the effective use of the premises for church activities and community events. Your duties will include coordinating maintenance, conducting security checks, and providing general support for events and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the upkeep of our building, including routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms, and coordinate event logistics.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support our community.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in facilities management or a related field. A salary of £36,000 - £41,000 per annum reflects the importance of this position in supporting the efficient operation of our church premises.
