Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Ticketing Manager to lead our client's ticketing operations in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in ticketing management and excellent communication skills.

About the Role: As a Ticketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's ticketing system. This includes managing ticket inventory, developing ticketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ticket inventory and sales reporting
  • Liaise with promoters, booking agents, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective ticketing strategies
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences through efficient communication

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in ticketing management from an arts, music, or leisure background
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting
  • Confident liaising with promoters, booking agents, and other stakeholders
