Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team in Healthcare. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of facility management.

About the Role:

  • Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring a smooth operation of facilities.
  • Assist with contractor management, adhering to site policies and rules.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are required.
  • A willingness to take initiative and make decisions that benefit customers is essential.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
