Student Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Manager to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the welfare and well-being of students.
As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pastoral department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing attendance records and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and punctuality
- Providing administrative support to the pastoral team, including processing information related to student welfare, behaviour, and communication
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems, databases, and processes
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to young people, and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with outside agencies. You will have previous experience working with children and young people, as well as strong IT skills and computer literacy. Previous administrative experience is desirable, but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £120-£128 per day, depending on experience. The role is full-time and long-term, with a view to going permanent after 12 weeks. You will be based in Haringey, London, which offers good transport links and plenty of opportunities for professional development.
